my approach
four practices that hold this work together.
Each one is grounded in nervous-system understanding, science-based with body wisdom, and the belief that healing happens in small, steady moments.
I work with these four practices because, over the years, they keep showing me the same thing: lasting change happens in the body, not above it. Movement, touch, breath, and rest are the four doors I keep coming back to.
They're not separate methods stitched together. They share the same ground - nervous-system literacy, slow pacing, and a deep respect for what your body already knows. Each one is a different way in; the destination is the same.
Some people start with movement and find their way to stillness. Others arrive exhausted and need rest first. There's no wrong door.
the four practices
explore each modality.
Functional Movement
Building structural strength through methods rooted in physical therapy and LYT principles. Not a workout, but a practice in efficiency to release the tension of everyday life imbalances.
Somatic Support
A hands-on integration of somatic therapy and Thai Yoga Massage elements, designed to untangle chronic tension and exhaustion to restore your body's innate wisdom.
Therapeutic Breathwork
Using the mechanics of respiration as your primary anchor to exit dysfunctional states and return to a steady, functional baseline in your everyday life.
Deep Rest
Dedicated time for your nervous system to recalibrate. For when doing less is the most productive way to build your capacity for daily life.
how they connect
different starting points. the same direction.
Whether we begin with movement, touch, breath, or rest, the intention is the same: an adaptable nervous system, a steadier body, and more capacity for everyday life.
