Hi, I’m Fiona. 

Living in beautiful Malta, I support busy humans who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or out of sync with themselves – through 1:1 and small group sessions that blend stress management, functional, physical therapy-inspired movement, Thai Yoga massage and deep rest. My approach is holistic, science-based, trauma-informed and deeply personal.

Whether you’re navigating chronic stress, recovering from burnout, or simply longing for a more balanced and embodied life, you’re in the right place.

Together, we create a practice that fits you – one that meets your nervous system with compassion, rebuilds strength from the inside out, and offers real tools to feel better in your body and in your life.

This isn’t about pushing through. It’s about tuning in, releasing what’s too much, and remembering how good it can feel to come home to yourself.

You can find my restful space here in Malta in the heart of San Gwann (21 Triq J.F. Marks). Everything we do in this space is dedicated to feel-good movements, stress release and radical rest.

Work with me 1:1

Personalized support for your body, your stress, your rhythm.

These sessions are a space just for you — to slow down, tune in, and find your way back to balance. Each one is shaped by what you need most: grounding, movement, release, rest, or all of it together.

Single Session
A focused 30 or 60-minute session to meet you where you are  – perfect for support during a stressful time or as a reset when you feel off track.

3 or 5 Session Package
A gentle arc to support change over time. We build a rhythm of movement, nervous system support, and restful integration.

Deep Reset (6 Weeks)
A more immersive journey with weekly sessions and practices between sessions. Ideal if you’re navigating burnout, chronic stress, or need a deeper recalibration.

Each session takes place in person at my studio in San Gwann  – or online, from wherever you are.

Sliding Scale Pricing
I offer a sliding scale to make this work more accessible. Please choose the rate that reflects your current financial situation honestly and respectfully. If you’re unsure or would like to talk it through, you’re always welcome to reach out.

All 1:1 clients receive:

  • A short check-in before we meet

  • Notes and suggestions after your session (if desired)

  • Optional voice messages or email follow-ups between sessions (for packages only)

A holistic + science-informed approach to stress, movement, and rest

In my work, I blend the functional movement principles of LYT Yoga with the science of nervous system regulation and the healing power of sound therapy. The goal? To help you move better, release tension, and experience true rest – so you can show up for life with more balance, resilience, and ease.

What can you expect?

Feel-Good Movement: Using LYT Yoga, we focus on functional, intentional movements that support your body’s natural alignment. By building strength and mobility from the core, you’ll learn to move with greater efficiency and ease, both on and off the mat.

Stress Release & Nervous System Support: Through techniques rooted in Polyvagal Theory, we explore how to release stored stress and recalibrate your nervous system. You’ll learn how to shift from states of overwhelm into a space of calm and regulation, empowering you to handle life’s ups and downs with more resilience.

Thai Yoga Massage: This deeply grounding practice blends rhythmic massage, gentle stretching, and mindful pressure to support your body’s natural release. Rooted in Thai healing tradition, it’s sometimes called “lazy person’s yoga” – you remain fully clothed and relaxed, while your body is moved and supported through calming, breath-led sequences.

Deep Rest & Sound Baths: Whether it’s through guided relaxation, Yoga Nidra practices, gentle somatic practices, or immersive sound baths using crystal bowls, you’ll find a pathway to deep rest and rejuvenation. These sessions create a safe space where your body and mind can truly relax, allowing for deeper healing and restoration.

Sound Bath + Rest Specials

Deep Relaxation, Stress Relief and Nervous System Reset

Sound baths are immersive experiences using the healing vibrations of crystal bowls and other sound instruments to guide you into deep relaxation. The gentle frequencies calm the nervous system, release tension, and promote a state of inner peace. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, emotional balance, or simply a moment of rest, sound baths offer a serene escape to reconnect with your body and mind.

I offer sound sessions for small groups or as private sessions in combination with Yoga Nidra, breath work and ceremonial cacao.

Originally from a small town in Germany, I now embrace the slower rhythm of island life in Malta, where I live with my family and hold space for others to reconnect with themselves.

My path began in the fast-paced world of marketing and event management — but over time, that constant drive left me depleted. Motherhood deepened my longing for balance and presence. Yoga had been a companion for years, but despite regular practice, I was managing chronic pain, tension, and fatigue. Discovering LYT Yoga® – a functional, physical therapy-inspired method – changed everything. I began to move smarter, feel stronger, and trust my body again.

That shift opened the door to something deeper: a desire to understand the invisible weight we carry – stress, overwhelm, disconnection – and how we hold it in our bodies. Through further training in stress management, nervous system regulation, restorative practices, Thai Yoga massage and sound therapy, I began to integrate what I had been intuitively searching for: a way of working that brings both structure and softness, strength and rest, ancient history and science.

Today, I support busy humans 1:1 and in small group settings who are navigating stress, tension, and transitions. Whether you’re feeling stuck, burnt out, or simply curious to feel more connected, my approach blends feel-good movement, breath work, sound, and somatic tools to help you shift what’s no longer serving you – gently, safely, and in your own time.
