Practical things.

Everything you might want to know before joining — what to bring, how booking works, and what to expect on the mat. If your question isn't covered here, simply send a message.

general

Do I need any experience?

No, you don't need any experience with yoga or bodywork. My sessions are designed for all bodies and levels, and we will move at a pace that feels right for you.

What should I wear or bring?

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. I provide all necessary props (mats, blankets, etc.) in the studio.

Is this a replacement for therapy?

No. My work is body-based and complementary to medical and/or psychotherapeutic treatment. I am not a doctor or psychotherapist, and I strongly recommend professional guidance in addition to our journey.

How can I book a session?

You can book classes and courses directly through my online booking system. For private sessions, we always begin with a free 45-minute consultation. You can easily request this using the contact form or via WhatsApp. For any other questions or assistance with booking, feel free to reach out through either of those channels as well.

cancellation + policy

What is your cancellation policy?

Please let me know at least 12 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. For late cancellations (within 12h) or no-shows, the full session fee applies.

What if I'm sick?

Please do not come to the studio if you are feeling unwell. Let me know as soon as you can, and we will find a solution.

Do packages expire?

Yes, packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

somatic support

Private 1:1 sessions — somatic work, breath and gentle movement.

What happens in a session?

We usually start with a brief check-in to see what your system needs that day. We then use somatic tools, breath, and gentle movement to increase your body awareness and help regulate your nervous system. You don't have to talk if you don't want to — we prioritise what your body is communicating.

Do you touch me?

Touch is a tool, but it is always optional and requires your explicit consent. We will discuss this beforehand, and you can change your mind at any time.

How many sessions will I need?

This varies depending on your goals. Some clients find a few sessions helpful to get "unstuck," while others prefer a longer-term, regular practice. Always feel free to come for a free consultation first to get to know each other and clarify your needs.

10-week functional yoga + de-stress course

What makes this 10-week course different from a drop-in class?

Moving together with the same group creates a relaxed, familiar atmosphere where you can truly arrive and unwind each week. It also allows us to build functional mobility, gentle strength, and ease in your body progressively over time.

While each round is organised into a 10-week commitment, this is not a "one-and-done" programme with a finish line. It is designed as an ongoing movement and de-stress practice. Most participants rebook block after block, making this their dedicated weekly space to move, stretch, and let go of stress.

What if I miss a session during the course?

Life happens, and I understand that. While the course is most effective when you attend all sessions, there are no refunds or make-ups for missed classes. Please view the 10-week commitment as a gift of time for your own long-term wellbeing.

Is this course suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Because it is a closed group, we can move at a pace that ensures everyone feels supported, regardless of their starting point.

group sessions

Sound, breathwork, Yoga Nidra and other shared practices in a small group.

What can I expect from a group sound, breathwork, or Yoga Nidra session?

These sessions are communal experiences focused on specific themes, like deepening your rest or resetting your nervous system through vibration or guided stillness. It is a shared container where you can experience the benefits of the practice alongside others, which can often amplify the sense of grounding and co-regulation. It's a small group of max. 6 persons in the room to allow an intimate container.

Do I need to be "good" at meditation to join?

Not at all. In fact, these sessions are designed for those who find it difficult to "do" meditation. My role is to guide you, so all you need to do is show up, get comfortable, and let yourself be led through the experience.

Are group sessions suitable for someone with anxiety or trauma?

Group sessions can be very supportive, but they differ from private work because they aren't tailored to your specific history. If you are currently navigating heavy anxiety or trauma, please check in with me beforehand. All practices are always invitation-based, so you have full autonomy to opt out or modify any movement or breath pattern at any time.

therapeutic breathwork

How is functional breathwork different from other breathwork?

My approach focuses on restoring your natural, quiet baseline. Unlike high-intensity or "forced" breathing techniques often seen online, we don't aim for dramatic shifts; we aim for functional efficiency and a regulated nervous system.

Is it safe?

Because we focus on functional, slow patterns, it is very gentle. However, if you have specific (medical) conditions (e.g., asthma), please let me know during our consultation so we can adapt the practice to your needs.

deep rest

What if I fall asleep?

Falling asleep is actually a sign that your body is finally getting the rest it desperately needs — so it is completely fine!

Do I need to be able to sit still?

Not at all. Deep Rest is specifically designed for people who find it difficult to sit still or "switch off." You can find a position that feels comfortable and always adjust to your needs.

still have a question?

Let's talk it through.

A free 45-minute consultation in the studio is the easiest way to find out whether this work is right for you — no commitment. Or just write to me.
