about me

my background

How I got here.

I know the feeling of being "on" all the time. My own journey began in the fast-paced world of marketing and event management, navigating the demand for constant output until my body set a boundary: chronic pain, burnout, and anxiety.

I practiced and taught yoga for years, but I was still looking for a way to actually land. It wasn’t until I moved to Malta and embraced a slower rhythm on the island - combined with a deep dive into functional, physical therapy-inspired movement (LYT Movement), nervous system support, somatic therapy and functional breathing - that I understood the missing piece:

We cannot think our way out of exhaustion. We have to feel our way out.

And that's what I did (and still do): Allowing myself to be a human being with all the joy and challenges this modern world has to offer.

how I work

steady, attentive, unhurried.

Trauma-informed & nervous-system aware

I believe we aren't meant to find our baseline in isolation. My work is trauma-informed and nervous-system aware, prioritising a pace that your body can actually integrate. My strongest tool is the practice of co-regulation: using my presence to signal to your nervous system that it is safe to downshift.

Empowerment off the mat

My goal isn't for you to be dependent on my sessions. My goal is empowerment with a focus on how you read your body's signals, to find functional breathing in daily life as an anchor, and how to create safety in your own skin. Whether in my studio in San Gwann or (online) in your own home, I am here to help you carry this steady baseline into your daily life.

Start where you are

We don't need to change anything before we begin. Whether you're feeling completely depleted or just curious about a more grounded way to move, you are welcome here as you are. I'd love to welcome you into the space.

ready when you are

let's work together.
