Biography

I am a householder; a person who works to support themselves and their family, serving society and following a spiritual life to realise the Self.

For the last thirty two years I have lived this householder/student lifestyle. My profession is management, marketing and strategy in the commercial and charity sectors.

I was part of a Fourth Way School for twenty two years and taught Jnana Yoga during much of that experience. In the last decade (2007-2018), I have incorporated Patanjali Yoga and Advaita Vedanta. I am a qualified Yoga teacher, though I relate to other people and myself as a student - because learning is constant.

I am a keen writer. I would like to write a book about the search for meaning and the miraculous.

You can find out more about my life and work by connecting on social media. Or contact me by email or via the form below.

Soon I will launch a new website: www.paul-flitcroft.com

Experiencing different countries and cultures has played a significant part in my life and outlook. Beyond the UK, I have lived in Australia, the United States of America, Italy, Russia and the Isle of Man. I have also been fortunate to travel in South East Asia - Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines and Singapore. Holiday and retreat destinations include India, France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Spain, Greece, Ireland, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Slovenia, Sweden, Mauritius, South Africa.

Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it. Begin it now.
